Leadership Management and Development Framework Expert, PAJ

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, industrial engineering, HR management, or any related topic required.
• Minimum 15 years of related experience required.
• Experience in developing leadership framework, extensive and deep knowledge in civil service preferred.
• Experience in public administration reform strongly preferred.
• Experience executing similar projects in Jordan or in the Levant region.
• Experience with USAID or other donors.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong command of the English and Arabic languages, both verbally and in writing required.
