Institutional and Operational Framework Expert, PAJ

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, public administration, or industrial engineering required. Master's degree in measurement and evaluation is preferable.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in human resources management and institutional development, including minimum five years of experience in an assessment institution locally, regionally, or globally required.
• Experience with USAID or other international donors is a plus.
• Knowledge and practical experience in the civil service in Jordan.
• Expertise in the development of assessment center institutional framework, including policy development, working procedures, job descriptions and required competencies.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written command in English and Arabic is required.
