Qualifications:
- Minimum master’s degree in education, social sciences, or related area required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience working in international education, especially in early childhood development and education required.
- Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and research in the education sector required.
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis using statistical and transcript software such as Stata, R or Python and MaxQDA, NVivo or Atlas.ti to manage, process, and analyze data preferred.
- Experience working in the MENA region preferred.
- Experience working with USAID and other donors in the education and early childhood education sector.
- Strong knowledge of and experience in education components such as evidence-based instructional practices, teacher training, curriculum development, materials design, foundational learning preferred.
- Ability to travel to conflict zones if required.
- Spoken and written fluency in English required. Fluency in other languages such as French, Arabic, and/or Spanish, preferred.

Pay Transparency Statement:
We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant, and equitable approach to employment compensation. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys. The anticipated daily pay for this position is $300 to $400 USD.
