Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public policy, international affairs, or a related field is required. Master’s degree in business administration, public policy, or international affairs, is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of program or executive-level management experience with emphasis on project cost, schedule, performance, requirements management is required.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed contracts at a GCC is required.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of geographically distributed staff, including requirements gathering data, planning, record keeping, and ongoing program management.
- Experience facilitating and navigating complex, at times conflicting working relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Experience planning, designing, and implementing assessment, monitoring and evaluation in the security sector, is highly desired.
- Understanding of organizational differences at the GCCs and how to adequately support them.
- Knowledge and experience designing tools for data collection such as survey instruments, data collection and reporting tools, analyzing the resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods, is highly desired.
- Knowledge in organizational development tools and methods.
- Experience working in the Armed Forces is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance is required.
- Fluency in English is required.

Pay Transparency Statement:
We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant, and equitable approach to employment compensation. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys. The anticipated pay range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 USD.
