Project Performance Specialist

Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team environment and can efficiently multitask and manage competing priorities across multiple projects. The Project Performance Specialist plays a vital role in supporting commissioning team members to manage business functions, workloads, and deliver projects. This role will change with the needs of the commissioning team as their projects evolve and you grow in your career.
Essential Job Functions:

• Provide Project Management assistance, including tracking deliverables, project financials, accounting, and subconsultants.
• Oversee the workload coordination of personnel across the Glumac Cx team in direct support of project managers by leading weekly team coordination meetings.
• Provide administrative support for project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the coordination and delivery of client-facing documentation, including reports, presentations, and commissioning logs.
• Perform document formatting and quality control reviews in alignment with Glumac standards and templates.
• Support proposal and change order preparation and formatting efforts as needed in collaboration with marketing staff.
• Maintain organized electronic management of project files and folders for accurate tracking and retrieval.
• Assist with scheduling coordination and meeting logistics for the commissioning team and their projects.
• Work with remote and hybrid team members across the country to ensure efficient information flow.
Required Qualifications:
• 2–5+ years of administrative experience in the Architectural, Engineering, Commissioning, and Construction (AEC) industry with direct project support responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong software literacy, able to quickly adapt to different construction and project management software platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a high degree of initiative.
Preferred Qualifications:
• An associate degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
• Working knowledge of Asana
• SMPS participation is a plus
• PMP accreditation
Work Environment and Location:
This position offers a remote, hybrid, or in-office work environment in any of our office locations. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $60,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience)
The base salary range represents the low and high ends of the compensation scale for this role. Actual salaries will be determined based on location, experience, responsibilities, and qualifications. This salary range is just one component of Glumac’s total compensation package, which includes benefits, professional development opportunities, and additional incentives.
