Based in Auckland, this role will contribute to a long established, nationally recognised brand for geotechnical excellence. You’ll contribute to technical excellence across a broad portfolio of projects, help set the benchmark for quality and play a key role in mentoring and developing emerging talent. Your ability to building strong client relationships will ensure our clients continue to engage us as their trusted advisors for geotechnical challenges.

About You:
You’re an experienced geotechnical professional building your technical expertise and dedication to quality. You thrive on delivering smart, practical solutions that make a real difference.
What You’ll Bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in geotechnical engineering or a related discipline. Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) is highly regarded.
- A strong track record in delivering innovative, safe, and cost-effective geotechnical solutions across land development, buildings, civil, transport, and infrastructure sectors.
- Sound technical knowledge in areas such as slope stability, foundation design, retaining systems, ground improvement, and ground investigations.
- A solid understanding of local ground conditions, geotechnical risks, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage projects and engage with clients and multi-disciplinary teams.
- A genuine passion for mentoring and developing emerging talent.
- A proactive approach to building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- A collaborative spirit and commitment to sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement.
