Technician - Leeds (RE)

Have the skill set and passion for engineering, with the ability to manage your own workflow. You will be required to attain security clearance to MOD SC level and able to work on both MOD and scientific sector projects, also requiring security clearance. 

Your skills will include:

• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services and an understanding of construction.
• Experience in the production of MEP BIM models, with a sound understanding of delivering models in accordance with the BEP and all relevant industry standards.
• High level of knowledge and experience of using Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD software. Prior knowledge of MagiCAD and/or Solibri software would be advantageous.
• Experience of working as part of a large M&E design team to complete and deliver projects to the highest standard and in accordance with the programme deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, collaborating with the design team to enhance the quality of the project delivery.
• Third level qualifications (NVQ, BTEC, City and Guilds) in technical design/construction/M&E/other suitable subject would be advantageous.
