Onboarding Specialist
- Ability to learn project-specific computer systems as needed.
- Ability to multi-task, such as toggling between computer applications while on the phone.
- Ability to talk to large numbers of people for extended periods.
- Always maintain a professional demeanor.
- Effectively interact with individuals from various cultures and backgrounds.
- Ability to work a weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
- Ability to work long hours (approximately 10 to 12 hours a day).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
It is understood that your employment will be on an "at will" basis. This position with Tetra Tech is temporary and on an "as-needed" basis and will end once the project is complete.
