Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Office management experience.
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Must have people skills and ability to effectively communicate
- Proficiency with file management and organization.
- Able to read and understand simple contract/ownership documents.
- Customer Service and Phone skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Comfortable with project management software or ability to coordinate scheduling work crews
- Ability to learn new software
- Like to creative problem solve
- Likes to develop efficient processes and help develop systems and processes
- Ability to manager other team members
