Logistics Specialist
o Office suite proficiency (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Word experience required)
o Must have proficient verbal and written communications skills with the ability to receive and execute instructions with staff members and management.
o Work attentively with minimal supervision and have extraordinary attention to detail
o Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 lbs. with/without assistance.
o Comfortable working in a warehouse environment which may reach high temperatures during summer months.
o Ability to work long-hours on short notice, including weekends, to support emergency response field operations.
o Primarily stationed onsite at the EOC and travel to warehouse or other designated locations, depending on project requirements.
The ideal candidate will preferably have:
o Maintain reliable attendance
o Strong Organizational & Problem Solving Skills
o Discretion and Confidentiality
o Experience driving box trucks
o Experience towing pull behind trailers
o Proficiency at using Microsoft Excel is a plus
Standard Schedule:
o 8 AM to 5PM, up to 7 days a week to cover disaster response operations
o This is a temporary assignment
Pay: $22/hour

This position with Tetra Tech is temporary and on an "as needed" basis and will end. It is understood that your employment is to be on an "at will" basis.
