Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Systems, Software Engineering, or another technical field or related major (Relevant technical experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree)
- 3+ years of technical work experience of which at least 1 year is administration level server support or at least 1 year as Helpdesk support for a large-scale application.
- Must have an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Current CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, rudimentary Linux and UNIX commands
- Proficient in patching Microsoft systems and software
- Working knowledge with the standard Microsoft Office suite
Desired Skills
- Experience with BMC Remedy servers, VMware servers, and BeyondTrust servers’ administration is desired
- Knowledge of one or more of the following software items would be helpful: Windows Server administration, Windows 10 workstations, Microsoft SQL Server databases, Microsoft Visual Studio, VMware SDDC Management, VMware Horizon, HPe SimpliVity, BeyondTrust Remote Support, Crystal Reports is desired.
