Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Systems, Software Engineering, or another technical field or related major (Relevant technical experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree)
- 3+ years programming/development experience
- 3+ years’ experience with BMC Remedy ITSM Suite System Administration and development
- Must be comfortable using and patching Microsoft systems and software
- Working knowledge with the standard Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work without direct supervision and in a team environment
- Previous experience working with DoD customers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Security Clearance
- Current CompTIA Security+ certification
Desired Skills:
- Active DOD Secret Clearance
- Knowledge of one or more of the following software items would be helpful: Windows Server administration, Windows 10 workstations, Microsoft SQL Server databases, Microsoft Visual Studio, VMware SDDC Management, VMware Horizon, HPe SimpliVity, BeyondTrust Remote Support, Crystal Reports
- Experience with TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA), Client Management, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, SRM, BMC SmartIT, RKM, SLM in version 8.x or greater
- Knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM
- Experience working with database and application server infrastructure
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization
