BMC Remedy Software Developer

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Systems, Software Engineering, or another technical field or related major (Relevant technical experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree)
• 3+ years programming/development experience
• 3+ years’ experience with BMC Remedy ITSM Suite System Administration and development
• Must be comfortable using and patching Microsoft systems and software
• Working knowledge with the standard Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work without direct supervision and in a team environment
• Previous experience working with DoD customers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Security Clearance
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification

Desired Skills:

• Active DOD Secret Clearance 
• Knowledge of one or more of the following software items would be helpful: Windows Server administration, Windows 10 workstations, Microsoft SQL Server databases, Microsoft Visual Studio, VMware SDDC Management, VMware Horizon, HPe SimpliVity, BeyondTrust Remote Support, Crystal Reports
• Experience with TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA), Client Management, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, SRM, BMC SmartIT, RKM, SLM in version 8.x or greater
• Knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM
• Experience working with database and application server infrastructure
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization
