Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in youth development, law, international peace and security, education, economics, or public administration or a closely related field.
  • Seven (7) years of experience working with at-risk youth, particularly those involved in gang activities.
  • Experience with USAID funded projects preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the areas of positive youth development, crime and violence prevention, anti-gang programming, citizen security, or criminal justice reform required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in high-risk environments, and proficiency in crisis intervention.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
