Training and Capacity Building Specialist, USAID PPL Bureau Institutional Support Services, Remote

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in adult learning, including curriculum development, instructional design, training, and facilitation required. Master’s degree with five years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Active security clearance required.
• Experience with USAID policies and regulations is highly preferred.
• Experience in the development and execution of successful capacity building approaches and interventions in organizations.
• Ability to work independently and as team member in a cross-cultural context.
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
