Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant social science or related field is required.
- Minimum eight years of experience in USAID monitoring and evaluation required, with preference for experience monitoring USAID humanitarian activities.
- Experience working in complex, politically charged and unstable environments required.
- Experience analyzing data required.
- Good understanding of the humanitarian aid and development sector in the countries listed above required.
- Professional level oral and written skills in English require. Ability to read French preferred.
