Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant social science or related field is required.
- Minimum five years of experience working on issues in one or more of the development and humanitarian sectors required.
- Experience in monitoring, evaluation, or research relevant to TPM is required.
- Experience setting up monitoring systems, including development of methodologies, sampling, tool creation, data collection, data quality assurance, data analysis, and report writing, and dissemination is required.
- Strong Understanding of the humanitarian aid and development sector is required.
- Strong knowledge of apps and mobile data collection tools and analysis is required.
- Ability to work in complex, politically charged and unstable environments is required.
- Ability to analyze data and develop recommendations is required.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in oral and written French is strongly preferred.

Pay Transparency Statement:
We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant, and equitable approach to employment compensation. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys. The anticipated pay range for this position is $300 to $680 USD daily.
