Third-Party Monitoring Data Analyst and Reporting Officer, USAID/Ethiopia Learning Analytics Activity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a field such international affairs, economics, sociology, social science, or statistics.
• Minimum three years of relevant professional experience required.
• Minimum two years of experience in developing data analysis plans required.
• Experience conducting research on developing countries, including countries affected by conflict required.
• Experience designing quantitative surveys and/or qualitative interview guides required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Proficiency and direct experience using Microsoft Excel required.
• Proficiency and experience with one or more mobile data collection platforms required.
• Fluency in Amharic and English required.
