Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Professional certifications in CompTIA Network+ / Security+, Cisco CCNA, Fortinet NSE 1–4 (NSE 5–7 is a plus) are highly preferred.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in system/network administration.
· Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server (2012R2 and newer), Exchange Server, and Microsoft 365.
· Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
· Experience in managing virtualized environments (Nutanix, VMware).
· Strong command of firewall and endpoint protection tools.
· Familiarity with backup systems (e.g., Veeam, Veritas).
· Knowledge of MIZAN II system is an asset.
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
· High attention to details and organizational ability.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
· Strong communication skills and service orientation.
