Subject Matter Experts, Iraq DRG Assessment

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum five years of professional work experience in the areas of civil society, governance, civic engagement, economic governance, community needs assessments, and/or research development required.
• Experience conducting research and/or assessment activities including virtual and in-person interviews in Iraq strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting donor-funded (preferably USAID) assessment activities preferred.
• Knowledge of Iraq’s political system and current regional civil society/community landscapes preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
• Working knowledge of Arabic and fluency in English required. Proficiency in Kurdish is a plus.
