Required Qualifications:
- A relevant Master’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant technical experience with at least three years in a gender advisory role.
- Must have strong leadership, program and organizational management and communication skills, as well as sound analytical abilities.
- Extensive expertise in mainstreaming youth and gender considerations into programming.
- Extensive experience working with victims of sexual and gender-based violence.
- Extensive experience conducting gender and youth assessments.
- Experience in successfully establishing and managing collaborative relationships and partnerships with donors and government counterparts.
- Extensive experience in research and policy-level analysis.
- Proven ability to successfully lead an intercultural team in a development context, including supervising long-term field staff and short term international and local experts is required.
- Fluency in French and or Haitian Creole preferred.
- Experience working in Haiti or in a country with a similar level of socio-economic development is desirable.
