Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist, USAID Philippines, Pacific Islands, and Mongolia MEL Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Activity, Suva, Fiji

Qualifications:  

• University degree in social sciences or related field. Master’s degree preferred.  

• Minimum of eight (8) years of professional work experience, including professional work experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning.  

• Professional work experience in research with qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies and design of data collection instruments related to international development. 

• Prior professional work experience with NGOs, international contractors, multilateral institutions, and/or international cooperation agencies. 

• Rigorous time management and activity organization. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication. 

• Demonstrated working proficiency in written and oral English required.
