Senior Legal and Good Governance Expert, SACCI Program in Ukraine

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in the relevant field of law, social sciences, or related is required.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in the field of government, non-government, international organization, or providing technical assistance/advice is required, preferably with a focus on policy cycle and institutional review of the field.
• Knowledge of state and local government operating processes, as well as state enterprises in the field is required.
• Experience in analytical work and report drafting is required.
• Experience in working and collaborating with stakeholders, including government, civil society, and communities is required.
• Experience in designing anti-corruption policies, strategies, and public campaigns is preferred.
• Fluency in written and oral Ukrainian is required. Fluency in English is preferred.
