Senior HRHM and LGM Expert, HWIP Evaluation Activity

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of seven years of experience with a focus on HRHM and LMG in the health sector required.
• Experience in evaluating in HRHM and LMG in the context of the health sector strongly preferred.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders required.
• Native in Amharic and fluent in English required.
