Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field is required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum five years of related experience working in project financial management for CSOs, with strong knowledge of international donor requirements.
- Familiarity with grants management and project finance management, including financial controls, accounting, auditing, as well as reporting on accruals, pipelines and expenses, etc.
- Experience working on a USAID project strongly preferred.
- Experience with collection and analysis of accounting data preferred.
- Fluency in spoken and written English required.
