Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Administration, International Affairs, International Relations, or a related discipline.
· Five (5) years of experience working on change management, business reform, strategy, data analysis/data science or policy development projects. Must have past experience creating and presenting deliverables for senior leaders.
· Shall have been granted a temporary or final SECRET security clearance.
· Strong facilitation skills with experience leading cross-functional stakeholder engagement sessions and interagency coordination efforts.
· Proven ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and develop strategic recommendations for senior decision-makers.
· Familiarity with financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
· Experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and internal communications to support change management initiatives.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft executive-level briefings, talking points, and decision memos.
· Ability to work independently in high-tempo environments while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
· Familiarity with DoD systems and frameworks such as the Strategy to Capability framework, FMS processes, or related planning models, preferred.
