Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, international affairs, social science, data science, computer science, or a related field is required. A master’s degree in a related field is preferable.
- Minimum of two years conducting data cleaning, analysis, and reporting using quantitative and qualitative data, preferably for the purposes of monitoring and evaluation of donor programs is required. Five years of experience in a similar field preferred.
- Experience conducting data cleaning, analysis, and reporting using quantitative and qualitative data is required.
- Experience providing technical support to third party monitoring projects, M&E support projects, and/or large-scale evaluations is required.
- Experience working on programs implemented in Iraq is desirable.
- Experience working on USAID-funded programs is desirable.
- Experience designing quantitative surveys and/or qualitative interview guides, preferred.
- Proficiency and direct experience using Microsoft Excel, required.
- Experience with statistical coding/software, such as R, Python, or Stata, preferred.
- Experience with and knowledge of GIS analysis and software, such as QGIS, preferred.
- Strong analytic and interpersonal skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy is required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic is required. Fluency in Kurdish is strongly preferred.
