Protection Technical Specialist, PDP

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in in human rights, political science, law, or a similar field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in studying and enhancing protection systems, particularly as they relate to vulnerable demographics.
• Experience working with grantees and institutional partners to design, implement, and revise programming to improve the protection of victims and vulnerable groups before, during, and after a threat.
• Demonstrable experience supporting the coordination of government institutions to improve service outcomes strongly preferred.
• Experience working with international donor programming is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English is required.
