Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in international development, economics, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience on USAID projects or with other donors required.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills required.
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environments and build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues, including managing above as well as below.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) required, advanced expertise preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and USAID regulations strongly preferred.
- Experience with subcontractors and grants management is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.
- Must be able to travel to the project locations in the MENA region.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English required.
