Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum five years of experience with security cooperation programs and procedures required.
  • Minimum three years of experience in AM&E is required.
  • Experience planning security cooperation programs is desired.
  • Experience in any of the following functional areas is desired: assessments and monitoring of key security cooperation functions such as strategy/policy, defense institution building/institutional capacity building, logistics, human resource management, resource management, or protection of civilians/Security Sector Reform/civil sector/human rights.
  • Experience working on a GCC or other senior-level DoD staff component desired.
  • Experience producing high-level planning documents for senior leaders is desired.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and data collection is desired.
  • Ability to obtain a Top-Secret Security Clearance is required.
  • Fluency in English required.

Pay Transparency Statement:

We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant and equitable approach to employment compensation. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys. The anticipated pay range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 USD.
