Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
  • Minimum five years of experience in a similar position is required, preferably on stabilization and rapid response programs in the West Bank.
  • Specialized training in procurement and/or logistics management and knowledge of USAID procurement policies and procedures is required.
  • Experience training and/or delivering technical assistance in procurement to local NGOs/CSOs and other beneficiaries preferred.
  • Experience supervising a team, including team coaching and day to day oversight required.
  • Advanced computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • Strong organizational, time management, adaptability, communication, proactive problem-solving, service-oriented and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong financial and reporting skills required.
  • Ability to travel to project implementation locations preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English required.
