PCP Mentor Assistant, Department of State/International Bureau of Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) Jerusalem’s Security Sector Assistance Project (SSAP), Ramallah, West Bank

Qualifications: 

• PCP Assistant must have at least seven (7) years of experience as a full-time law enforcement officer in a full-service, civilian law enforcement capacity.
• Experience in a wide range of operational and administrative issues, including experience in management/supervision, and evidence of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Superior negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of police peacekeeping doctrine, policy, issues, and training standards.
• Curriculum development, training, and implementation experience.
