Operations Manager, Iraq DRG Assessment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree required.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in operations and security procedures required.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.
• Prior experience working on USAID or other donor-funded technical assistance projects required.
• A strong working knowledge of local market conditions and ready to work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate and respond to internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships both within and outside the organization.
• Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
• Computer skills, including internet navigation, and office applications.
• Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing, Kurdish and Arabic required.
