Open Innovation Consultant, CTC Grand Challenge, Remote

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor of arts in international affairs, public administration, public policy, economics, business administration, or a related field with minimum five years of experience required. Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum five years of professional experience including demonstrated work in support of design and delivery of prize competitions required.
• Experience implementing programs in low- and middle-income country context is required.
• Experience designing scopes of work required.
• Familiarity and experience working on anti-corruption, global health supply chains or the issues of falsified/substandard/counterfeit or diverted medicines is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with USAID results frameworks, standard indicators, and how monitoring, evaluation and learning fits into the program cycle is preferred. 
• Strong writing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with a global and remote team preferred.
• Fluency writing and speaking in English required.

We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant and equitable approach to employment compensation. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys. The anticipated pay range for this position is $10,110 to $23,520 USD.
