Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in law, political science, public administration, or other relevant areas is required.
- Minimum three years of working experience on the issues of anti-corruption legislation, policies and reforms, or other relevant fields is required.
- Minimum three years of working experience as a trainer, including the delivery of trainings, capacity-building events, and interactive sessions, on the issues of anti-corruption legislation/policies and reform is required.
- Experience in developing training courses, materials, guidelines, manuals, and other related educational materials, including samples to be requested at the interview stage, is required.
- Experience in conducting analytical studies, legal opinions/analyses, and writing analytical papers on relevant issues is required.
- Knowledge of anti-corruption legislation and reforms in Ukraine is required.
- Experience in whistleblower protection and awareness of international standards and best practices on whistleblowing is preferred.
- Experience of working in the anti-corruption body or NGO is preferred.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required.
