Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as economics, statistics, or social science, Master’s Degree highly preferred;

* At least 5 years of demonstrated leadership of MEL tasks, including data collection, analysis, interpretation, baseline/midline/endline assessments, SPOT surveys, enumerator recruitment, training and management, and prior supervisory experience with MEL teams.

* Familiarity with research methodologies and data collection, as well as a theory of change validation;

* Demonstrated ability to make recommendations and provide guidance to senior management through holistic analysis;

* Experience with organizational development, performance management strongly preferred;

* Excellent mastery of computer software including MS Office suite;

  Experience using in using Power BI, AirTable, SAS/SPSS, GIS , remote data collection tools, and or any other database software program application is preferred;

* Experience in MEL with donor funded projects; USAID funded project experience is preferred;

* Demonstrated ability to generate creative and impactful data infographics and presentations and dashboards preferred;

* English language fluency (oral and written) is required. Ukrainian language proficiency is preferred;

* Ukraine Nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
