Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Advisor, North Macedonia PAC Activity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum five years of professional work experience is required.
• Experience working in evaluating programs, social projects, and/or public policies is required.
• Experience working in research with qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies (statistics or econometrics), including developing research reports is required.
• Knowledge of and experience with developing and evaluating impact-oriented projects is required.
• Ability to maintain confidential information is required.
• Ability to travel to other project implementation locations and work harmoniously with colleagues from different cultural and professional backgrounds is required.
• Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and FrontPage is strongly preferred.
• Strong time management, activity organization, proactive problem-solving, service-oriented, and inter-personal skills required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is required.
