Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, USAID/South Sudan MELS Activity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, international development, social sciences, statistics, or related field is required. Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation or related sector program management, with strong technical and monitoring and evaluation skills is required.
• Experience in strategic planning, designing and applying methods and strategies for data production, analysis, and utilization, as well as sharing and communicating information in diverse environments is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, representation, program/project management, coordination, time management, qualitative and analytical skills required.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information is required.
• Strong oral and written proficiency in English is required.
