Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, USAID/Iraq Performance Management and Evaluation Services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, international development, social sciences, statistics, or related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience required.
• Experience working on USAID-supported M&E activities, including collecting and reporting on gender-specific metrics, preferred.
• Experience developing and applying qualitative and quantitative data collection tools required.
• Experience delivering M&E training and mentoring and developing staff required.
• Strong attention to detail in working with data required.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical report writing skills and ability to work effectively with partners and stakeholders required.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve to complete assigned tasks required.
• Ability to travel frequently throughout Baghdad and to neighboring governorates.
• Fluency in Arabic and English required. Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish preferred.
