Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, international development, social sciences, statistics, or related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience required.
- Experience working on USAID-supported M&E activities, including collecting and reporting on gender-specific metrics, preferred.
- Experience developing and applying qualitative and quantitative data collection tools required.
- Experience delivering M&E training and mentoring and developing staff required.
- Strong attention to detail in working with data required.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical report writing skills and ability to work effectively with partners and stakeholders required.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve to complete assigned tasks required.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout Baghdad and to neighboring governorates.
- Fluency in Arabic and English required. Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish preferred.
