Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, Afghanistan Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Activity (AMELA)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in international relations, economics, statistics, public policy, research method, program assessment, business management, or another relevant field.

• Minimum five years relevant experience required.

• Experience conducting evaluations, assessments, or qualitative research in a development context.

• Experience evaluating stabilization or governance programs.

• Experience in designing evaluation tools, evaluation planning and management, conducting analysis of qualitative data, and results reporting.

• Strong report writing skills required.

• Strong writing and communications skills in English and working knowledge of local language required.
