Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Afghanistan Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Activity (AMELA)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in international relations, economics, statistics, public policy, research method, program assessment, business management, or another relevant field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of international development experience preferred.
• Experience in evaluation, auditing, or financial management.
• Experience with research methods.
• Competency with Excel required.
• Ability to learn new software such as MAXQDA and STATA.
• Fluency in English and the local language is required.
