MEL Team Member-Technical Consultants, PIMMELA

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any of the relevant fields is required. 
• Minimum five years of MEL and/or CLA experience in the relevant fields required.
• Experience supporting donor-funded projects is required, preferably with USAID.
• Knowledge of development project implementation in the Philippines, Pacific Islands, or Mongolia required.
• Strong written and oral communications skills are required.
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other local languages is a plus.
