MEL Team Leader Consultants, PIMMELA

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in any of the relevant fields required.
• Minimum seven years of MEL and/or CLA experience in the relevant fields required.
• Experience supporting donor-funded projects required, preferably with USAID.
• Knowledge of development project implementation in the Philippines, Pacific Islands, or Mongolia required.
• Strong written and oral communications skills are required.
• Fluency in English required.
