Qualifications:
- At least ten (10) years of experience leading MEL activities under USAID awards.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting key data including Performance Plan and Report (PPR) data, context indicators, and annual foreign assistance programming and budgeting reporting requirements.
- Experience in research methodologies, research partnerships, and data utilization.
- Proven ability to effectively utilize MEL data, particularly to identify and address knowledge gaps.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 15% of the time.
