Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a multimedia, communications, or public affairs role, preferably supporting government or defense clients.
  • Active or eligible for Secret clearance required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and developing multi-format content for public and internal audiences.
  • Talent for innovation, adept at leveraging a wide range of multimedia tools to develop compelling and impactful content.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and MS Office.
  • Experience in video and photo editing, graphic design, and web content management.
  • Familiarity with DoD publication review processes (e.g., DOPSR) and branding guidance is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently while coordinating with a cross-functional team in a dynamic environment.
