Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum three years of experience required.
- Experience providing program support in organizational context preferred.
- Strong understanding of how to work in the Kiribati context required.
- Familiarity with authorizing environments, norms, and practices in Government of Kiribati, preferred.
- Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation (M&E) methods and approaches is preferred.
- Ability to interact professionally with senior Kiribati officials is required.
- Ability to be flexible, responsive, and results oriented.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in email and Microsoft Word required.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills preferred.
- Fluency in the Kiribati language and strong written and spoken language skills in English required.
