Leadership Trainers, PAJ

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering management, law, business, or public administration, etc., required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Certification as a trainer preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a consultant and trainer in the specified technical areas with Government of Jordan and/or international donor agencies required.
• Experience in delivering more than of 120 training hours required.
• Strong knowledge or specialization in one or more of the technical training area topics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all related stakeholders.
• Strong training delivering skills by using modern and various training methods.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
