Lead Consultant, MozMEL Activity

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in development, international relations, sociology, anthropology, political sciences, or any related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in development research or evaluation is required.
• Experience conducting evaluations with the USG or USG Activities is required.
• Experience in evaluations in Mozambique preferred.
• Knowledge of the Mozambique context is preferred.
• Knowledge of USG’s cross-cutting program priorities, such as gender equality, youth, etc., is preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines is required.
• Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Portuguese is preferred.
