Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in international studies or a related field required.
- Minimum three years of recruitment or staffing-related experience in the international development space required. Experience recruiting specifically for USG donor project or proposals, such as DOS, DOD, or DOL preferred.
- Prior experience recruiting for positions requiring security clearances preferred.
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines.
- Superior demonstrated success with applicant tracking systems and other databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and superior professionalism required.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively on multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to obtain a United States security clearance required.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, required. Proficiency in a second language like French, Spanish, or Arabic preferred.

Pay Transparency Statement:
We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant and equitable approach to employment compensation. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys. The anticipated pay range for this position is $71,000 to $79,000 USD.
