Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in law is required. Juris Doctor degree is preferred.
- Minimum three years of professional experience in leading curriculum development for continuing legal education, judicial training, and continuing judicial training is required.
- Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative assessments, critically analyzing data, and developing recommendations is required.
- Experience in engaging stakeholders in a collaborative co-design process is required.
- Experience designing and leading training courses in teaching methodologies that promote classroom engagement and course/syllabus development for skills-based learning is required.
- Knowledge of best practices and international standards in skills-based learning is required.
- Experience working in Eastern Europe is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Armenian is preferred.
