International Health Expert, HFIP Evaluation Activity

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in international development, public health, or related field required.
• Minimum five years of relevant work experience in in the field of health financing or related areas required.
• Experience in a technical role with a specialization in social and community-based health activities required.
• Experience working in east Africa, including in Ethiopia, is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of community-based insurance models and their implementation in developing countries required.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work required.
• Fluent in English required.
